Los representamos en una Ley de Normas Laborales Justas. Esto se llama un caso de la FLSA contra el empleador y nuestra firma pudo resolver que el empleador estaba obligado a pagar no solo las horas extra adeudadas, que es tiempo y medio, sino que estaba obligado a pagar los da\u00f1os liquidados.<\/p><p>El empleador sab\u00eda o deber\u00eda haber sabido que lo que estaban haciendo no era legal. Entonces, en un caso de horas extras, tiene derecho a pedir el doble de da\u00f1os, es decir, el doble de lo que se le debe. Y es realmente una sanci\u00f3n contra el empleador prohibir el tipo de acci\u00f3n que este empleador estaba tomando. Pudimos hacer eso despu\u00e9s de presentar la demanda, pero incluso antes de llevarla a juicio pudimos llegar a un acuerdo con el empleador en el que los empleados se recuperaron por el tiempo que se les deb\u00eda.<\/p><p>Si es v\u00edctima de horas extra no pagadas o salarios no pagados, sepa que tiene derechos en Florida y encontrar un buen abogado laboral es clave para tener
