Carla Garcia is a Shareholder of the Firm. Carla’s practice includes the representation of clients in sale, purchase and financing of commercial and residential real estate properties. She has 19 years of experience dealing with structuring and negotiating distressed loans, including loan modifications, work outs and loan sale transactions. Carla has over 15 years of experience working as in-house counsel for two major financial institutions, including at one of the largest financial institutions in the state of Florida.
