Henry Hernandez and Carla Garcia serve as the managing partners of the Law Office of Garcia Hernandez, P.A. They have many years of experience in representing clients (individual and corporate) in State and Federal Courts, across Florida, in the following legal matters:

Henry has served as outside Counsel to the United States Department of Justice for the Southern and Middle District of Florida. He has also been approved outside legal counsel for the Miami Dade County School Board Attorney’s Office.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Henry finished high school at St. Peter’s Preparatory School in Jersey City. Thereafter, his family moved to South Florida where he accomplished undergraduate studies at Florida International University.
Henry received Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana. He served as a summer law clerk while in law school for the Honorable A. Jay Cristol, (the then Chief Judge, of the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Florida) and for the Miami-Dade County School Board Attorney’s office.

Henry is expert in providing pro bono legal services. At present, Henry is active in his parish at Church of the Little Flower and St. Theresa Catholic School.
Henry enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two children.
